Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
BibleMusic, LLC (”BibleMusic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing a secure, reliable, lawful, and enjoyable experience for all Users.
This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the standards governing use of the Services and supplements the Psalmifi Terms of Service.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing the Psalmifi Services operated by BibleMusic, LLC.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to:
- protect Users;
- protect BibleMusic;
- protect the Services;
- promote lawful use;
- preserve platform integrity;
- protect intellectual property;
- maintain security;
- and support a positive user experience.
Every User is expected to act responsibly while using the Services.
3. General Standard of Conduct
You agree to use the Services:
- lawfully;
- honestly;
- respectfully;
- securely;
- and in accordance with the Terms, Incorporated Policies, and Applicable Law.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to engage in activity that:
- violates Applicable Law;
- infringes another person’s rights;
- interferes with operation of the Services;
- threatens the security of the Services;
- harms other Users;
- damages BibleMusic’s reputation or infrastructure;
- circumvents technical protections;
- or otherwise violates these Terms.
The examples below are illustrative and are not exhaustive.
5. Account Misuse
You may not:
- create fraudulent Accounts;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- provide false registration information;
- share Accounts except as expressly authorized;
- transfer Accounts;
- sell Accounts;
- purchase Accounts;
- automate Account creation;
- evade suspensions;
- or otherwise misuse Account functionality.
6. Security Violations
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access;
- bypass authentication;
- probe vulnerabilities;
- scan networks without authorization;
- interfere with security controls;
- distribute malware;
- upload malicious code;
- exploit software vulnerabilities;
- interfere with servers;
- interfere with APIs;
- perform denial-of-service attacks;
- intercept communications;
- or compromise the security of the Services.
7. Unauthorized Automation
Unless expressly authorized in writing by BibleMusic, you may not:
- use bots;
- automated scripts;
- crawlers;
- spiders;
- scraping tools;
- harvesting software;
- automated download systems;
- robotic process automation;
- AI agents;
- or similar technologies
to access, collect, monitor, or interact with the Services.
Reasonable indexing by legitimate search engines may be permitted where not prohibited by technical measures or applicable agreements.
8. Intellectual Property Violations
You may not:
- upload infringing material;
- copy Platform Content;
- redistribute Platform Content;
- reproduce copyrighted material without authorization;
- misuse trademarks;
- remove copyright notices;
- create unauthorized derivative works;
- create competing databases;
- commercially exploit Platform Content;
- or otherwise violate intellectual property rights.

9. Misuse of Artificial Intelligence
You may not use the Services to:
- build competing AI systems;
- train AI models using Platform Content;
- create unauthorized AI datasets;
- extract AI-generated outputs at scale;
- reverse engineer AI functionality;
- bypass AI safeguards;
- automate Content harvesting;
- or otherwise misuse AI-enabled features.
10. Fraudulent Activity
You may not:
- commit fraud;
- submit false information;
- manipulate subscriptions;
- abuse promotional offers;
- manipulate referral programs;
- engage in payment fraud;
- conduct chargeback abuse;
- use stolen payment methods;
- or otherwise engage in deceptive practices.
11. Interference with Other Users
You may not:
- harass;
- threaten;
- intimidate;
- stalk;
- bully;
- exploit;
- impersonate;
- discriminate unlawfully;
- interfere with another User’s enjoyment of the Services;
- or encourage others to violate these Terms.
12. Commercial Misuse
Unless expressly authorized in writing by BibleMusic, you may not use the Services for:
- resale;
- sublicensing;
- commercial redistribution;
- commercial streaming;
- commercial broadcasting;
- commercial synchronization;
- public commercial exhibition;
- white-label services;
- commercial AI training;
- or other commercial exploitation.
13. Data Collection Restrictions
You may not systematically collect:
- metadata;
- playlists;
- recommendation results;
- search results;
- user information;
- databases;
- editorial organization;
- classifications;
- taxonomies;
- or other structured information
for purposes inconsistent with the limited license granted by the Terms.
14. Reverse Engineering
Except where expressly permitted by Applicable Law, you may not:
- reverse engineer;
- decompile;
- disassemble;
- decode;
- analyze source code;
- discover underlying models;
- discover proprietary workflows;
- circumvent encryption;
- or otherwise attempt to derive confidential technologies used by the Services.
15. Compliance with Applicable Law
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with Applicable Law applicable to them.
BibleMusic does not authorize any use prohibited by law.
16. Monitoring
BibleMusic may, but is not obligated to:
- monitor use of the Services;
- review reports;
- investigate suspected violations;
- analyze technical activity;
- review User Content;
- utilize automated systems;
- utilize artificial intelligence;
- or conduct other reasonable operational reviews
for purposes including:
- enforcing the Terms;
- protecting Users;
- maintaining security;
- preventing fraud;
- complying with Applicable Law;
- and preserving platform integrity.
Nothing in this Policy obligates BibleMusic to monitor every User or every interaction.
17. Enforcement
Where BibleMusic reasonably determines that this Policy has been violated, BibleMusic may take actions including:
- issuing warnings;
- removing Content;
- restricting features;
- suspending Accounts;
- terminating Accounts;
- cancelling subscriptions where permitted;
- preserving evidence;
- reporting unlawful conduct;
- cooperating with law enforcement;
- pursuing legal remedies;
- or taking any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Services.
BibleMusic retains sole editorial and enforcement discretion consistent with Applicable Law.
18. No Waiver
Failure to enforce this Policy on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of BibleMusic’s right to enforce this or any other policy in the future.
19. Changes to this Policy
BibleMusic may modify this Policy from time to time.
Material changes will become effective as required by Applicable Law following publication of the revised Policy or other legally sufficient notice.
Continued use of the Services following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
