AI Content & Synthetic Media Policy

1. Introduction

BibleMusic, LLC (”BibleMusic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) utilizes artificial intelligence technologies as part of operating, improving, and expanding the Services.

This AI Content & Synthetic Media Policy explains how BibleMusic uses artificial intelligence, the role AI may play in creating or organizing Content, the limitations of AI technologies, and the expectations applicable to Users.

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing the Psalmifi Services operated by BibleMusic, LLC.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.

2. Purpose

BibleMusic believes artificial intelligence can enhance creativity, accessibility, organization, and user experience while remaining subject to meaningful human editorial judgment and responsible governance.

Artificial intelligence is used to support the Services—not to replace BibleMusic’s editorial oversight, legal responsibilities, or commitment to Scripture-centered content.

3. Scope

This Policy applies to artificial intelligence technologies used throughout the Services, including present and future technologies that assist with:

  • music generation;
  • audio enhancement;
  • audio restoration;
  • content organization;
  • recommendations;
  • personalization;
  • accessibility;
  • moderation;
  • translations;
  • search;
  • metadata generation;
  • customer support;
  • quality assurance;
  • analytics;
  • and future AI-enabled functionality.

4. AI-Assisted Content

Certain Content available through the Services may be:

  • AI-generated;
  • AI-assisted;
  • AI-enhanced;
  • AI-restored;
  • AI-organized;
  • AI-classified;
  • AI-recommended;
  • AI-translated;
  • or otherwise supported through automated technologies.

Some Content may involve extensive human editorial review.

Other Content may involve little or no manual review depending upon the nature of the feature.

BibleMusic may use different production workflows for different categories of Content.

5. Human Editorial Oversight

BibleMusic maintains editorial authority over the Services.

Artificial intelligence may assist with certain functions, but BibleMusic retains discretion regarding:

  • publication;
  • organization;
  • recommendations;
  • categorization;
  • metadata;
  • accessibility improvements;
  • moderation decisions;
  • playlist curation;
  • search presentation;
  • and overall operation of the Services.

Nothing in this Policy guarantees manual review of every item of Content.

6. AI Technologies May Change

Artificial intelligence technologies evolve rapidly.

BibleMusic may at any time:

  • adopt new AI technologies;
  • discontinue existing providers;
  • combine multiple providers;
  • replace underlying models;
  • introduce proprietary systems;
  • modify workflows;
  • or redesign production processes.

Nothing in this Policy obligates BibleMusic to continue using any specific artificial intelligence provider, model, vendor, or technology.

7. AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems are inherently probabilistic.

Accordingly:

  • outputs may vary;
  • recommendations may evolve;
  • metadata may change;
  • classifications may change;
  • translations may change;
  • accessibility features may improve;
  • generated outputs may contain inaccuracies;
  • and identical prompts may not produce identical results.

BibleMusic continually improves AI-assisted functionality but cannot guarantee perfection.

8. No Guarantee of AI Output

BibleMusic does not warrant that AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs will:

  • be error-free;
  • be complete;
  • remain unchanged;
  • satisfy every User’s expectations;
  • remain continuously available;
  • or produce identical future results.

Users should exercise independent judgment when relying upon AI-assisted functionality.

9. Respect for Intellectual Property

BibleMusic respects intellectual property rights.

BibleMusic does not intentionally direct artificial intelligence technologies to unlawfully imitate:

  • identifiable performers;
  • identifiable voices;
  • identifiable individuals;
  • copyrighted works;
  • protected trademarks;
  • or other protected intellectual property.

BibleMusic may revise internal editorial practices and AI workflows as legal standards, contractual obligations, or technological capabilities evolve.

10. Voice, Likeness, and Identity

BibleMusic seeks to respect rights relating to:

  • voice;
  • likeness;
  • identity;
  • publicity;
  • personality;
  • and related legal protections.

11. AI and Personal Information

Artificial intelligence technologies used by BibleMusic may process Personal Information only as reasonably necessary to provide, improve, secure, personalize, and operate the Services.

Processing of Personal Information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.

BibleMusic does not use Personal Information to train external third-party artificial intelligence models except where expressly authorized by Applicable Law or by the applicable User.

12. Recommendations and Personalization

BibleMusic may use artificial intelligence to personalize:

  • recommendations;
  • playlists;
  • search results;
  • discovery experiences;
  • listening suggestions;
  • accessibility features;
  • and other aspects of the Services.

Recommendations are generated through automated systems and may vary over time.

Personalized recommendations should not be interpreted as endorsements, guarantees, or representations regarding Content.

13. Moderation

BibleMusic may use artificial intelligence to assist with:

  • fraud detection;
  • spam detection;
  • policy enforcement;
  • abuse prevention;
  • safety review;
  • copyright review;
  • operational monitoring;
  • and moderation of future User Content features.

Moderation decisions may involve automated systems, human reviewers, or a combination of both.

BibleMusic reserves the right to make final editorial and enforcement decisions.

14. Future AI Features

BibleMusic may introduce future artificial intelligence capabilities, including but not limited to:

  • conversational assistants;
  • voice interaction;
  • advanced personalization;
  • accessibility enhancements;
  • educational experiences;
  • search improvements;
  • content generation tools;
  • workflow automation;
  • translation services;
  • and other AI-enabled features.

Additional notices or consents may be provided where required by Applicable Law.

15. User Responsibilities

Users may not use the Services to:

  • develop competing AI systems;
  • create unauthorized AI training datasets;
  • systematically harvest AI-generated outputs;
  • reverse engineer AI functionality;
  • circumvent AI safeguards;
  • automate extraction of Content;
  • or otherwise misuse AI-enabled features in violation of the Terms.

16. Continuous Improvement

BibleMusic continually evaluates:

  • technological developments;
  • legal developments;
  • regulatory guidance;
  • industry standards;
  • ethical considerations;
  • and operational experience

when designing, deploying, or modifying artificial intelligence technologies.

BibleMusic reserves the right to improve its AI governance practices as technology and Applicable Law evolve.

17. Changes to this Policy

BibleMusic may modify this AI Content & Synthetic Media Policy from time to time.

When material changes are made, BibleMusic will provide notice as required by Applicable Law.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
