Community Guidelines

1. Introduction
Psalmifi exists to help people engage with Scripture through music, audio experiences, and technology.
These Community Guidelines explain the standards of conduct expected within the Services wherever user interaction is available now or in the future.
These Guidelines are intended to foster a respectful, lawful, uplifting, and welcoming environment while preserving BibleMusic’s ability to operate and moderate the Services.
These Community Guidelines form part of the Psalmifi Terms of Service.
Capitalized terms not defined in these Community Guidelines have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.
2. Scope
These Guidelines apply to all community features made available through the Services, including present and future features such as:
- profiles;
- display names;
- playlists;
- playlist titles;
- playlist descriptions;
- comments;
- reactions;
- messages;
- follows;
- sharing features;
- collaborative playlists;
- reviews;
- recommendations;
- discussion areas;
- user-generated artwork;
- future social features;
- and other community functionality.
If a particular feature is not currently offered, these Guidelines will apply if that feature is introduced in the future.
3. Our Community Principles
BibleMusic seeks to cultivate a community that is:
- respectful;
- welcoming;
- lawful;
- authentic;
- encouraging;
- constructive;
- family-friendly;
- and centered around meaningful engagement with Scripture and music.
Every User contributes to the quality of the community.
4. Be Respectful
Treat others with courtesy and respect.
You should:
- communicate honestly;
- disagree respectfully;
- encourage constructive discussion;
- respect differing viewpoints;
- avoid personal attacks;
- and help create a positive environment.
5. Be Authentic
Represent yourself honestly.
Do not:
- impersonate another person;
- misrepresent your identity;
- falsely claim affiliation with BibleMusic;
- create deceptive accounts;
- or otherwise mislead other Users.
6. Protect Others
Do not use the Services to:
- harass;
- threaten;
- intimidate;
- bully;
- stalk;
- exploit;
- extort;
- encourage self-harm;
- encourage violence;
- encourage unlawful conduct;
- or otherwise endanger another person.
7. Respect Privacy
Do not publish or disclose another person’s:
- private information;
- confidential information;
- financial information;
- government identification;
- contact information;
- location information;
- authentication credentials;
- or other sensitive information
without appropriate authorization.
8. Respect Intellectual Property
Only upload or submit Content that you have the legal right to use.
Do not submit material that infringes:
- copyrights;
- trademarks;
- publicity rights;
- privacy rights;
- contractual rights;
- or other legal rights.

9. Family-Friendly Environment
Where community features are available, Users should avoid posting content that is:
- obscene;
- pornographic;
- sexually explicit;
- excessively graphic;
- unlawfully violent;
- hateful;
- discriminatory;
- threatening;
- or otherwise inappropriate for the intended audience of the Services.
BibleMusic reserves editorial discretion in determining whether Content is appropriate for the platform.
10. Spam and Manipulation
Do not use the Services to:
- spam;
- flood discussions;
- manipulate engagement;
- artificially inflate popularity;
- create fake interactions;
- distribute malware;
- send unsolicited commercial messages;
- operate deceptive referral schemes;
- or otherwise manipulate the community.
11. Artificial Intelligence
Where Users utilize AI-assisted features made available by BibleMusic, Users remain responsible for the Content they submit.
AI assistance does not relieve Users of responsibility for complying with:
- the Terms of Service;
- these Community Guidelines;
- Applicable Law;
- or the rights of others.
12. Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report Content or conduct reasonably believed to violate:
- these Guidelines;
- the Terms of Service;
- Applicable Law;
- or the rights of others.
Reports should be made in good faith.
Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate these Guidelines.
13. Moderation
BibleMusic may moderate community features using:
- human reviewers;
- automated systems;
- artificial intelligence technologies;
- user reports;
- technical monitoring;
- or a combination of these methods.
BibleMusic is not obligated to review every submission or every report.
14. Enforcement
If BibleMusic reasonably determines that these Guidelines have been violated, BibleMusic may:
- remove Content;
- edit Content where appropriate;
- restrict features;
- suspend Accounts;
- terminate Accounts;
- restrict community participation;
- preserve evidence;
- cooperate with law enforcement;
- or take any other reasonable action necessary to protect the Services.
BibleMusic retains sole editorial discretion in enforcing these Guidelines.
15. No Guarantee of Availability
BibleMusic is not obligated to maintain any community feature permanently.
Community functionality may be:
- modified;
- suspended;
- expanded;
- replaced;
- restricted;
- or discontinued
at any time.
16. Relationship to Other Policies
These Community Guidelines supplement:
- the Terms of Service;
- the Acceptable Use Policy;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the AI Content & Synthetic Media Policy;
- the Copyright, Trademark & DMCA Policy;
- and other Incorporated Policies.
If a conflict exists, the Terms of Service control except where a more specific policy governs the particular subject matter.
17. Changes to these Guidelines
BibleMusic may modify these Community Guidelines from time to time.
Material changes will become effective as required by Applicable Law following publication of the revised Guidelines or other legally sufficient notice.
Continued use of community features following the effective date of revised Guidelines constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Guidelines to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
