1. Introduction
BibleMusic, LLC (”BibleMusic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same.
This Copyright, Trademark & DMCA Policy explains BibleMusic’s procedures regarding reports of alleged copyright infringement, trademark concerns, other intellectual property matters, and our compliance with applicable intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”) where applicable.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing the Psalmifi Services operated by BibleMusic, LLC.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to allegations involving:
- copyrights;
- trademarks;
- service marks;
- trade dress;
- publicity rights;
- proprietary content;
- User Content;
- AI-assisted Content;
- synthetic media;
- metadata;
- playlists;
- artwork;
- and other materials made available through the Services.
3. BibleMusic’s Intellectual Property Principles
BibleMusic is committed to:
- respecting intellectual property rights;
- responding appropriately to legally sufficient notices;
- complying with Applicable Law;
- investigating credible claims;
- preserving lawful defenses;
- protecting legitimate Users;
- and balancing the rights of all affected parties.
BibleMusic does not knowingly encourage infringement of intellectual property rights.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to BibleMusic, LLC’s designated DMCA agent in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
Copyright owners should submit all DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications to dmca@psalmifi.com. Notices sent to any other email address may be delayed because they are not routed through Psalmifi’s designated DMCA intake process.
A notice should include, to the extent required by applicable law:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for BibleMusic, LLC to locate it;
- your name;
- mailing address;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information provided is accurate;
- a statement made under penalty of perjury where required by law; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay review.
5. Counter-Notification
If BibleMusic, LLC removes or disables material in response to a copyright complaint, any person who believes the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notification where permitted by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law.
Counter-notifications should be submitted to BibleMusic, LLC’s designated DMCA agent at dmca@psalmifi.com. Counter-notifications sent to any other email address may be delayed because they are not routed through Psalmifi’s designated DMCA intake process.
A counter-notification should include, to the extent required by applicable law:
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled;
- identification of the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury where required by applicable law, that the person submitting the counter-notification has a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- the person’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court where required by applicable law; and
- the person’s physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, BibleMusic, LLC may forward the counter-notification to the original complaining party and may restore the material if permitted or required by applicable law.
Submitting a knowingly false counter-notification may result in legal liability under applicable law.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
BibleMusic may suspend or terminate Accounts belonging to Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
In determining whether a User is a repeat infringer, BibleMusic may consider:
- the number of notices received;
- the credibility of notices;
- counter-notifications;
- judicial determinations;
- patterns of conduct;
- severity of violations;
- and other relevant circumstances.
BibleMusic reserves editorial discretion in making repeat infringer determinations.
7. Trademark Concerns
Individuals or organizations believing that material available through the Services infringes trademark rights may submit a written report including:
- identification of the trademark;
- registration information where applicable;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material;
- explanation of the alleged infringement;
- supporting documentation;
- and contact information.
BibleMusic will review trademark complaints in accordance with Applicable Law.
8. Other Intellectual Property Claims
BibleMusic may also review complaints involving:
- trade dress;
- publicity rights;
- database rights;
- contractual intellectual property rights;
- confidential information;
- proprietary materials;
- and other legal rights recognized under Applicable Law.
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal of Content.
9. Artificial Intelligence
Certain Content available through the Services may be AI-generated or AI-assisted.
BibleMusic evaluates intellectual property concerns involving AI-assisted Content based upon:
- Applicable Law;
- contractual obligations;
- available evidence;
- editorial review;
- technological capabilities;
- and the facts presented.
Nothing in this Policy constitutes an admission regarding ownership or legal status of any particular AI-assisted work.
10. Editorial Review
BibleMusic may:
- investigate claims;
- request additional information;
- consult technical specialists;
- consult legal counsel;
- temporarily restrict Content;
- permanently remove Content;
- restore Content;
- preserve evidence;
- communicate with affected parties;
- or take other reasonable actions.
BibleMusic reserves editorial discretion consistent with Applicable Law.
11. False or Misleading Claims
Submitting knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading intellectual property complaints may expose the submitting party to legal liability under Applicable Law.
BibleMusic reserves the right to reject abusive complaints and preserve all available legal rights.
12. No Admission
Reviewing, restricting, removing, restoring, or declining to remove Content does not constitute:
- an admission of infringement;
- an admission of ownership;
- a legal determination;
- or an admission of liability.
BibleMusic expressly reserves all rights, defenses, and remedies.
13. Preservation of Evidence
BibleMusic may preserve:
- account information;
- server logs;
- metadata;
- communications;
- uploaded materials;
- moderation records;
- and other information
where reasonably necessary to:
- investigate claims;
- comply with Applicable Law;
- preserve evidence;
- enforce the Terms;
- or protect the Services.
14. Cooperation with Authorities
Where required or permitted by Applicable Law, BibleMusic may cooperate with:
- courts;
- governmental agencies;
- law enforcement;
- intellectual property offices;
- and other lawful authorities
regarding intellectual property investigations.
15. Designated Copyright Agent
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), BibleMusic, LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c):

16. Reservation of Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits:
- BibleMusic’s contractual rights;
- BibleMusic’s ownership rights;
- BibleMusic’s editorial discretion;
- BibleMusic’s available defenses;
- or any rights available under Applicable Law.
BibleMusic expressly reserves all rights not expressly waived.
17. Changes to this Policy
BibleMusic may modify this Policy from time to time.
Material changes will become effective as required by Applicable Law following publication of the revised Policy or other legally sufficient notice.
Continued use of the Services following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
