4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to BibleMusic, LLC’s designated DMCA agent in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Copyright owners should submit all DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications to dmca@psalmifi.com. Notices sent to any other email address may be delayed because they are not routed through Psalmifi’s designated DMCA intake process.

A notice should include, to the extent required by applicable law:

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for BibleMusic, LLC to locate it;
  • your name;
  • mailing address;
  • telephone number;
  • email address;
  • a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
  • a statement that the information provided is accurate;
  • a statement made under penalty of perjury where required by law; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay review.

5. Counter-Notification

If BibleMusic, LLC removes or disables material in response to a copyright complaint, any person who believes the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notification where permitted by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law.

Counter-notifications should be submitted to BibleMusic, LLC’s designated DMCA agent at dmca@psalmifi.com. Counter-notifications sent to any other email address may be delayed because they are not routed through Psalmifi’s designated DMCA intake process.

A counter-notification should include, to the extent required by applicable law:

  • identification of the material that was removed or disabled;
  • identification of the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury where required by applicable law, that the person submitting the counter-notification has a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • the person’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court where required by applicable law; and
  • the person’s physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, BibleMusic, LLC may forward the counter-notification to the original complaining party and may restore the material if permitted or required by applicable law.

Submitting a knowingly false counter-notification may result in legal liability under applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

BibleMusic may suspend or terminate Accounts belonging to Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

In determining whether a User is a repeat infringer, BibleMusic may consider:

  • patterns of conduct;
  • severity of violations;
  • and other relevant circumstances.
