Data Deletion

1. Overview

BibleMusic, LLC ("BibleMusic," "we," "our," or "us") operates Psalmifi. This page explains how you can delete some or all of the data associated with your Psalmifi account, and what we keep. You can delete specific data without deleting your account, or delete your entire account.

2. Delete specific data in the app

You can remove the following at any time inside the Psalmifi app, without deleting your account:

• Favorites - tap the heart on a song again to remove it. This deletes the favorite from our servers.
• Highlights and bookmarks - open a verse in the Bible reader and remove the highlight or bookmark. This deletes it from our servers.
• Notes - edit a verse note and clear its text to delete it.
• Listening history - go to Me, then Settings, then Privacy (or Personalization), and tap "Clear Play History."

3. Request deletion by email

To request deletion of some or all of your data, email privacy@psalmifi.com from the email address or phone number associated with your account and tell us what you would like deleted (for example, "all of my data" or "my listening history"). We verify the request against your account and action it. We respond within 30 days.

4. Delete your entire account

To delete your Psalmifi account and all associated Personal Information, open the app and go to Me, then Settings, then Account, then Delete Account, or email privacy@psalmifi.com requesting account deletion.

5. What is deleted

When you request deletion of all of your data, we delete: your profile and display name; authentication identifiers (your phone number and any linked Apple or Google sign-in); favorites; saved playlists; highlights; bookmarks; notes; listening history; and personalization preferences.

6. What we keep, and for how long

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, or in anonymized and aggregated form that no longer identifies you. Transaction and billing records tied to subscriptions may be retained as required by law and by the app stores that process those payments (the Apple App Store and Google Play). Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which they are overwritten.
