This Privacy Policy forms part of the Psalmifi Terms of Service.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.

When purchasing a Subscription, information may include:

BibleMusic generally does not receive or store complete payment card numbers when payments are processed through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider.
Payment information is processed by the applicable payment processor subject to its own privacy practices.

- survey responses;
- bug reports;
- accessibility requests;
- copyright notices;
- other communications you voluntarily provide.
Connected Services

BibleMusic generally uses coarse geographic information rather than precise location unless separately authorized by the User.

- process Subscriptions;

- or protect the rights, property, and safety of BibleMusic, Users, and others.
Retention periods vary depending upon:

- and legitimate business interests.
When Personal Information is no longer reasonably necessary, BibleMusic will delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise securely dispose of the information, unless continued retention is required or permitted by Applicable Law.
13. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Accounts in accordance with the procedures made available through the Services.
Deletion of an Account generally results in removal of access to the Services associated with that Account.
However, BibleMusic may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with Applicable Law;
- complete financial reporting;
- detect fraud;
- investigate misuse;
- preserve evidence;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements;
- comply with lawful governmental requests;
- maintain backups for a reasonable period;
- or protect the integrity and security of the Services.
Deletion of an Account does not automatically cancel recurring Subscription billing. Users remain responsible for cancelling recurring billing through the applicable billing platform where required.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending upon your jurisdiction, Applicable Law may provide rights regarding your Personal Information.
Subject to verification of identity and Applicable Law, Users may have the right to:
- access Personal Information;
- correct inaccurate Personal Information;
- request deletion;
- request portability;
- object to certain processing;
- restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based upon consent;
- appeal certain privacy decisions where required by Applicable Law; and
- exercise additional rights provided by Applicable Law.
Exercise of these rights may be limited where exceptions under Applicable Law apply.
BibleMusic may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the requesting individual before fulfilling a request.
15. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may possess rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), including rights relating to:

- deletion;
- portability;
- and other rights recognized by California law.
BibleMusic will honor applicable California privacy rights as required by law.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States.
If you access the Services from another country, your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from those of your own jurisdiction.
By using the Services where permitted by Applicable Law, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur.
Where Applicable Law requires additional safeguards for international transfers, BibleMusic will implement appropriate measures consistent with Applicable Law.

The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, or any higher minimum age required by Applicable Law.
BibleMusic does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If BibleMusic becomes aware that Personal Information has been collected from a child in violation of Applicable Law, BibleMusic will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided Personal Information may contact BibleMusic using the contact information provided below.

BibleMusic implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
Security measures may include, where appropriate:

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Accordingly, BibleMusic cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, credentials, and Accounts.

BibleMusic may transfer Personal Information in connection with:

- acquisitions;

- reorganizations;
- sales of assets;
- bankruptcies;
- or similar business transactions.
Any successor entity receiving Personal Information will remain subject to applicable legal obligations regarding such information.

When material changes are made, BibleMusic will provide notice as required by Applicable Law, which may include:

- providing in-app notice;

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
