Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Introduction

This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, free trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, promotional offers, and payment processing operate for the Services.

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing the Psalmifi Services operated by BibleMusic, LLC.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to every Subscription offered by or on behalf of BibleMusic through the Services, regardless of whether purchased:

• directly from BibleMusic;
• through the Apple App Store;
• through Google Play;
• through Stripe;
• through another authorized payment provider; or
• through future billing platforms approved by BibleMusic.

Additional marketplace-specific terms imposed by those providers remain applicable.

3. Subscription Plans

BibleMusic may offer various subscription plans, including but not limited to:

• monthly subscriptions;
• annual subscriptions;
• family plans;
• promotional plans;
• founder plans;
• student plans;
• ministry plans;
• enterprise plans;
• or future subscription offerings.

Subscription availability may vary by:

• country;
• jurisdiction;
• platform;
• billing provider;
• promotional eligibility;
• device;
• or other operational considerations.

BibleMusic may modify, replace, consolidate, discontinue, or introduce subscription plans at any time, subject to Applicable Law.

4. Subscription Benefits

Subscription benefits may include access to premium features, premium Content, higher audio quality, enhanced personalization, offline functionality (where offered), expanded playback capabilities, or other premium functionality.

Benefits may differ between subscription tiers.

BibleMusic reserves the right to improve, modify, replace, add, or discontinue subscription features as the Services evolve.

5. Pricing

Subscription pricing will be presented before purchase.

Displayed pricing may vary depending upon:

• platform;
• currency;
• taxes;
• regional requirements;
• promotional offers;
• billing provider;
• or Applicable Law.

BibleMusic reserves the right to modify future pricing.

Price changes will not affect billing periods already paid.

Where Applicable Law requires advance notice of pricing changes, BibleMusic or the applicable billing platform will provide such notice.

6. Free Trials

BibleMusic may offer free trials.

Unless otherwise disclosed:

• free trials are available only to eligible Users;
• eligibility is determined by BibleMusic in its reasonable discretion;
• offers may not be combined;
• previous subscribers may be ineligible for certain promotions;
• BibleMusic may discontinue free trials at any time.

If a free trial converts into a paid Subscription, recurring billing begins at the conclusion of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

7. Promotional Offers

BibleMusic may periodically offer:

• introductory pricing;
• promotional discounts;
• limited-time offers;
• bundled subscriptions;
• redemption codes;
• referral incentives;
• gift subscriptions;
• or similar promotional programs.

Each promotion is governed by its own promotional terms.

BibleMusic may revoke promotional eligibility where fraud, abuse, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

8. Billing Authorization

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize BibleMusic or the applicable billing provider to charge your selected payment method for:

• subscription fees;
• applicable taxes;
• renewals;
• authorized upgrades;
• and other amounts expressly disclosed during the purchase process.

You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information.

9. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise disclosed, all recurring Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Renewals continue until cancelled in accordance with the procedures established by the applicable billing platform.

By purchasing a recurring Subscription, you expressly authorize recurring charges until cancellation becomes effective.

10. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, BibleMusic or the applicable billing provider may:

• retry the payment;
• suspend premium features;
• downgrade the Account;
• terminate Subscription benefits;
• restrict purchases;
• or take other reasonable actions permitted by Applicable Law.

BibleMusic is not responsible for fees imposed by financial institutions resulting from failed or declined payments.

11. Upgrades and Downgrades

BibleMusic may allow Users to:

• upgrade subscription tiers;
• downgrade subscription tiers;
• switch billing cycles;
• or modify subscription options.

The effective date of changes depends upon:

• the billing platform;
• Applicable Law;
• and the subscription rules applicable to the selected plan.

Certain changes may take effect immediately, while others may become effective upon the next renewal.

12. Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring Subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation procedures depend upon the billing platform through which the Subscription was purchased.

Cancellation generally:

• prevents future renewals;
• allows access through the remainder of the current paid billing period;
• does not automatically generate a refund;
• does not delete the User’s Account.

Deleting the application or deleting an Account does not automatically cancel recurring billing.

13. Refunds

Except where required by Applicable Law or the policies of the applicable billing provider, Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Where purchases are processed by:

• Apple;
• Google;
• or another marketplace,

refund requests must generally be submitted directly to that provider.

BibleMusic cannot approve refunds for purchases controlled exclusively by third-party billing platforms unless expressly authorized to do so.

14. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be collected depending upon:

• jurisdiction;
• billing platform;
• Applicable Law;
• or tax authority requirements.

Users remain responsible for taxes not collected where Applicable Law places that responsibility upon the User.

15. Billing Providers

BibleMusic may utilize one or more third-party billing providers.

Such providers may include:

• Apple App Store;
• Google Play;
• Stripe;
• or future authorized payment processors.

Payment processing remains governed by the applicable billing provider’s own agreements and privacy practices.

BibleMusic does not control the independent billing policies of those providers.

16. Fraud Prevention

BibleMusic reserves the right to investigate suspected:

• payment fraud;
• promotional abuse;
• unauthorized chargebacks;
• stolen payment methods;
• Account manipulation;
• or other billing-related misconduct.

BibleMusic may suspend or terminate Accounts reasonably believed to be associated with fraudulent activity.

17. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact BibleMusic to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback where reasonably practical.

Nothing in this Policy limits any legal rights Users may possess under Applicable Law or payment network rules.

BibleMusic reserves the right to suspend Accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargeback activity.

18. Future Billing Features

BibleMusic may introduce future billing capabilities, including:

• gifting;
• prepaid plans;
• household plans;
• enterprise billing;
• ministry licensing;
• usage-based billing;
• promotional credits;
• loyalty rewards;
• or other commercial offerings.

Such offerings may be governed by supplemental terms.

19. Changes to this Policy

BibleMusic may modify this Subscription & Billing Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated as required by Applicable Law.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
