Certain future offerings may be governed by supplemental terms or feature-specific policies, which become part of these Terms solely with respect to those offerings.
PART IV — ACCOUNTS
10. Account Registration
Certain features of the Services require you to create an Account.
When creating an Account, you agree to:
- provide complete, current, and accurate information;
- maintain the accuracy of your information;
- promptly update your information if it changes;
- maintain only the number of Accounts permitted by the Services;
- use only information that you are legally authorized to provide; and
- comply with these Terms and all Incorporated Policies.
BibleMusic may refuse registration, reclaim usernames or display names, or require modifications to Account information where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with Applicable Law, prevent confusion, or protect the rights of others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
You agree to:
- use a strong password where applicable;

You remain responsible for activity occurring through your Account until you notify BibleMusic of unauthorized use and we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
12. Responsibility for Your Account
You are responsible for all activity occurring through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent prohibited by Applicable Law or resulting solely from BibleMusic’s failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
You agree not to:
- impersonate another person;
- create Accounts using false identities;
- create Accounts on behalf of another person without authorization;
- transfer or sell your Account;

Unless expressly authorized by BibleMusic through a family plan, organizational plan, or other feature specifically designed for shared access, each Account is licensed for use only by the registered User.
You may not:
- share login credentials;
- allow multiple unrelated individuals to access a single Account;
- rotate credentials among users;
- use automation to distribute Account access; or
- otherwise circumvent subscription limitations.
BibleMusic may employ reasonable technical, security, and fraud prevention measures to detect unauthorized Account sharing.
Violation of this Section may result in suspension or termination of the Account.
14. Suspension
BibleMusic may suspend all or part of the Services or your Account immediately, with or without prior notice where permitted by Applicable Law, if we reasonably determine that:
- you have violated these Terms;
- you have violated an Incorporated Policy;
- your Account presents a security risk;
- your Account has been compromised;
- payment cannot be successfully processed;
- fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;
- suspension is reasonably necessary to protect BibleMusic, Users, Third-Party Services, or the Services;
- Applicable Law requires suspension; or
- continued operation would expose BibleMusic to unreasonable legal, security, operational, or financial risk.
Suspension does not waive any rights or remedies available to BibleMusic.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
BibleMusic may terminate your Account or access to the Services if:
- you materially violate these Terms;
- you repeatedly violate these Terms or any Incorporated Policy;

Termination may include:
- disabling access;
- deleting or anonymizing information in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
- terminating active Subscriptions as permitted by Applicable Law and applicable marketplace rules;
- preventing future registration where reasonably necessary; and
- preserving records where reasonably necessary to comply with Applicable Law, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, investigate misconduct, or protect the Services.
Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that, by their nature, survive termination.
PART V — SUBSCRIPTIONS
16. Free Services
BibleMusic may make certain features, Content, or portions of the Services available without charge.
Free access may include limitations relating to:
- listening time;
- catalog availability;
- advertisements;
- audio quality;
- offline functionality;
- features;
- devices;
- concurrent sessions; or
- other operational limitations.
BibleMusic may modify or discontinue free offerings at any time, subject to Applicable Law.
17. Paid Subscriptions
Certain features require an active Subscription.
Before completing a purchase, Users will be presented with the applicable pricing, billing frequency, trial terms (if offered), renewal information, and other disclosures required by Applicable Law or the applicable billing platform.
Subscription benefits may vary by:
- subscription tier;
- platform;
- region;
- device;
- promotional offer; or
- future service offerings.
BibleMusic reserves the right to introduce, modify, combine, replace, or discontinue subscription tiers at any time, subject to Applicable Law.

Unless otherwise disclosed:
- offers are limited to eligible Users;
- offers may not be combined;
- eligibility is determined by BibleMusic in its reasonable discretion;
- promotional terms may vary by platform or region.
If a free trial converts to a paid Subscription, billing will begin at the conclusion of the trial unless cancelled beforehand in accordance with the applicable platform’s procedures.
Nothing obligates BibleMusic to continue offering any particular promotion.

You authorize BibleMusic or the applicable marketplace to charge your selected payment method for all applicable Subscription fees, taxes, and authorized charges.
Billing may be processed by:
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play;

- or other authorized payment providers.
You agree to maintain valid payment information while your Subscription remains active.
Failure to successfully process payment may result in suspension or termination of Subscription benefits.

Unless otherwise disclosed, Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Renewals occur in accordance with the rules of the applicable billing platform.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation becomes effective.
21. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time using the procedures provided by the applicable billing platform.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but generally does not immediately terminate access for the remainder of the prepaid billing period unless otherwise required by Applicable Law or marketplace rules.
Deletion of your Account does not automatically cancel recurring billing.
Users remain responsible for cancelling recurring billing through the applicable payment platform where required.
22. Refunds
Except where required by Applicable Law or the applicable billing platform, Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Where purchases are made through Apple, Google, or another marketplace, refund requests are governed by that marketplace’s policies and procedures.
BibleMusic cannot guarantee that third-party marketplaces will approve refund requests.
23. Taxes
Users are responsible for applicable taxes associated with their purchases unless otherwise required by Applicable Law or collected by the applicable billing platform.
Taxes may vary based on jurisdiction and applicable legal requirements.
24. Marketplace Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through third-party marketplaces remain subject to the marketplace’s applicable payment processing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and account management procedures.
Nothing in these Terms modifies any rights or obligations established by the applicable marketplace.

Certain Platform Content may be created, enhanced, organized, or supported through artificial intelligence technologies.
BibleMusic claims only those ownership, contractual, licensing, and other proprietary rights that it lawfully possesses under Applicable Law and applicable agreements.
