Voice, Likeness & Publicity Rights Policy

1. Introduction
BibleMusic, LLC (”BibleMusic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the rights of individuals relating to voice, likeness, identity, name, image, publicity, and other personal attributes.
This Voice, Likeness & Publicity Rights Policy explains BibleMusic’s practices regarding synthetic media, artificial intelligence, identity-related rights, and User responsibilities.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing the Psalmifi Services operated by BibleMusic, LLC.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.
2. Purpose
BibleMusic is committed to developing and operating the Services in a manner that respects:
- individual identity;
- intellectual property rights;
- rights of publicity;
- privacy rights;
- contractual obligations;
- and Applicable Law.
This Policy establishes BibleMusic’s general principles regarding voice, likeness, and identity-related matters.
3. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- AI-generated voices;
- AI-assisted vocals;
- synthetic singing;
- synthetic speech;
- generated performances;
- generated likenesses;
- profile images;
- future avatar technologies;
- synthetic media;
- and other technologies capable of reproducing or simulating human identity.
4. BibleMusic’s Editorial Principles
BibleMusic seeks to create original Scripture-centered experiences.
BibleMusic does not intentionally design the Services to impersonate identifiable individuals in violation of Applicable Law or contractual obligations.
BibleMusic may use artificial intelligence to create original vocal performances, provided such use is consistent with Applicable Law and the editorial standards established by BibleMusic.
5. Respect for Voice Rights
BibleMusic recognizes that an individual’s voice may be protected under one or more legal doctrines, including:
- rights of publicity;
- privacy rights;
- unfair competition;
- contractual rights;
- intellectual property rights where applicable;
- and other protections recognized by Applicable Law.
Accordingly, BibleMusic endeavors to avoid the unauthorized commercial exploitation of identifiable voices.
6. Respect for Likeness and Identity
BibleMusic likewise respects legal protections relating to:
- names;
- images;
- likenesses;
- identities;
- personas;
- signatures;
- distinctive appearances;
- and similar identifying characteristics.
Nothing in the Services is intended to imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval by any individual unless expressly stated by BibleMusic.
7. Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence technologies may generate:
- vocals;
- speech;
- narration;
- instrumental performances;
- or other expressive outputs.
BibleMusic may utilize such technologies to create original Content.
BibleMusic continually reviews evolving legal standards governing synthetic media and reserves the right to modify production workflows accordingly.
8. No Intentional Impersonation
BibleMusic does not intentionally instruct artificial intelligence systems to imitate the distinctive voice, likeness, or identity of an identifiable person in violation of Applicable Law.
Nothing in this Policy prevents BibleMusic from creating Content inspired by broad musical genres, historical traditions, production techniques, or stylistic characteristics that are not protected by law.
9. User Responsibilities
Users may not use the Services to:
- impersonate another individual;
- falsely suggest endorsement;
- misrepresent identity;
- violate publicity rights;
- violate privacy rights;
- upload unauthorized recordings;
- submit unauthorized likenesses;
- create deceptive synthetic media;
- or otherwise infringe the legal rights of others.
10. User Content
If Users are permitted to upload voice recordings, profile images, videos, or similar materials, Users represent that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to do so.
Users remain solely responsible for the legality of submitted User Content.
BibleMusic may remove User Content reasonably believed to violate Applicable Law or these Terms.
11. Reports of Potential Violations
Individuals who believe the Services contain Content that unlawfully infringes voice, likeness, identity, publicity, or similar rights may submit a written report to BibleMusic.
Reports should include:
- identification of the complaining party;
- contact information;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material;
- explanation of the claimed rights;
- supporting documentation where available;
- and any additional information reasonably necessary for review.
BibleMusic may request additional information before taking action.
12. Investigation
Upon receiving a report, BibleMusic may:
- review the reported material;
- request additional information;
- consult legal counsel;
- temporarily restrict access;
- remove Content;
- preserve evidence;
- communicate with affected parties;
- or take other reasonable actions consistent with Applicable Law.
Submission of a report does not guarantee removal of Content.
BibleMusic reserves editorial discretion in evaluating reports.
13. No Admission of Liability
BibleMusic’s investigation, removal, restriction, modification, or restoration of Content shall not constitute an admission regarding:
- infringement;
- ownership;
- validity of any claim;
- or legal liability.
BibleMusic reserves all rights and defenses available under Applicable Law.
14. Future Technologies
BibleMusic may introduce future technologies involving:
- avatars;
- virtual performers;
- synthetic presenters;
- conversational assistants;
- digital characters;
- interactive voices;
- or similar innovations.
BibleMusic reserves the right to implement additional safeguards, notices, or consent mechanisms as technology and Applicable Law evolve.
15. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with:
- the Terms of Service;
- the AI Content & Synthetic Media Policy;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the Copyright, Trademark & DMCA Policy;
- and the Community Guidelines.
Nothing in this Policy expands or limits rights otherwise established under Applicable Law.
16. Changes to this Policy
BibleMusic may modify this Policy from time to time.
Material changes will become effective as required by Applicable Law after publication of the revised Policy or other legally sufficient notice.
Continued use of the Services following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
