1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Psalmifi (the "Service"), operated by Psalmifi ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Psalmifi is a Scripture music streaming platform that provides original songs based on Bible verses. The Service includes a web application, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and related features including audio streaming, playlists, and personalized recommendations.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription Tiers

4.1 Guest Access

Unregistered users may preview up to 30 songs with 15-second previews per session.

4.2 Free Tier

Registered users receive 35-second previews of unlimited songs at standard quality (128kbps).

4.3 Premium ($9.99/month or $99/year)

• Full-length song playback
• High-quality audio (192kbps)
• Seek, crossfade, and playlist features
• Offline downloads (mobile app)
• 7-day free trial for new subscribers

4.4 Family Plan ($14.99/month)

All Premium features for up to 6 family members.

5. Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of your payment platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Psalmifi — including but not limited to music, artwork, text, logos, and software — is the property of Psalmifi or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not circumvent any DRM or technical protection measures
• Bible verse texts are in the public domain or used under license

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record, download, or redistribute content outside of authorized features
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will always be available. We are not responsible for the accuracy of Bible translations or theological interpretations presented in song form.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psalmifi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psalmifi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
