What is Psalmifi?
Psalmifi is a Scripture music streaming platform. We create original songs for Bible verses across multiple genres, making it easy and enjoyable to learn God's Word through music.
Do I need an account to listen?
Guests can preview up to 30 songs with 15-second clips. Creating a free account unlocks 35-second previews for unlimited songs. Premium subscribers get full-length songs.
What genres are available?
We offer Lo-Fi, Worship, Hip-Hop, Ambient, Gospel, Cinematic, Acoustic, Kids, Hymn, Contemporary, Christmas, and more — with new genres added regularly.
Subscription & Billing
How much does Premium cost?
Premium is $9.99/month or $99/year (save 17%). Family Plan is $14.99/month for up to 6 members. All plans include a 7-day free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account → Manage Subscription. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, manage it through your device's subscription settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by your payment platform (Apple, Google, or Stripe). Contact them directly or reach out to us at support@psalmifi.com and we'll help.
App & Playback
Which devices are supported?
Psalmifi is available on iOS (iPhone/iPad), Android, and any modern web browser. Your account syncs across all devices.
Can I download songs for offline listening?
Yes — Premium subscribers can download songs for offline playback in the mobile app. Downloads are not available on web.
Why can't I seek in a song?
Seeking (jumping to a specific point in a song) is a Premium feature. Upgrade to Premium to unlock full playback controls including seek and crossfade.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Contact privacy@psalmifi.com if you need assistance.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL), never store full payment card numbers, and follow best practices for data security. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is Psalmifi safe for children?
Absolutely. All content is Scripture-based and family-friendly. There are no ads, no inappropriate content, and no social features that could expose children to strangers.
Churches & Groups
Can our church use Psalmifi?
Yes! Churches, schools, and small groups can use Psalmifi for Bible study, worship preparation, and Scripture memorization. Contact us for group licensing options.
Can I create playlists for my group?
Premium subscribers can create and share playlists. This is perfect for curating verse sets for Bible study or memorization challenges.
